Your privacy matters. This page explains in plain words which data CreaPuzzle handles, how it is used and what rights you have. The site is run by an independent publisher and is aimed at a general audience, with particular attention to families and schools.

Data we do not collect

CreaPuzzle is designed to work without collecting personal data. In particular:

• No registration is required and we do not create user accounts.
• Puzzles are generated directly in your browser: the words you type are never sent to our servers nor stored anywhere.
• The PDF files you download are created on your own device and never pass through us.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties.

Data we collect if you write to us

The only case in which we process personal data is when you voluntarily contact us through the form on the Contact page. In that case we collect the name, email address and message text you send, and we use them solely to reply to you.

The form is handled through Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify, which acts as data processor and stores messages on its own servers so that we can read them. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and are then deleted.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a minimal set of local storage tools:

• Technical storage: we use your browser's local storage to remember a single preference, namely your choice between light and dark theme. It does not identify you and is not shared with anyone.
• Third-party advertising cookies: when ads are active on the site, third-party vendors — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Advertising and Google AdSense

This site may display advertising served through Google AdSense. Here is what that involves:

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.
• Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads.
• We do not share any personally identifiable information with advertisers.

Your rights

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to the data concerning you, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Since we only collect data when you write to us, exercising these rights simply requires contacting us: we will delete your message and any related data on request.

Children

The site offers content suitable for children, but it is intended to be used by parents, teachers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has sent us data through the form, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date at the top always indicates the latest update, so please check it from time to time.
